Aldonna Precious Powell (snowflake) was born in the year of 1968. She grew up with her grand mother (Dorothy Farrar Powell), who was a Native American Indian “Schaghticoke”. She has a twin sister and also has three sons. Six brothers. Educated in Fairfield County School Systems.
Aldonna has always enjoyed story telling; from her great grand mother Agnes Susan Dunbar Farrar, Princess Wingaook from the Schaghticoke tribe, who came from New Milford Connecticut. "I used to beg my Nana to let me tell me a bedtime story." Aldonna recalls. As a child, I wrote stories and essays and, beginning at the age of ten, keeping a journal, I used to sit and watch my father Mark Dunbar Farrar Powell (Takoda) write for hours at a time about his feelings and about the people, he loved.
I never planned on writing; I have a hard time with words some times when I speak. I like to say something but when I talk I get nervous and then the words are all scrambled together and then I need to repeated my self a few times for someone to understand what I am saying to them at times.
I have taken many courses in my adult life, from preparing taxes, to Spanish, gun lessons, a class to be become a business owner, to Nurse Assistant, to home health maker, to medical billing coder, General Studies in college, Human Service Worker, Professional Bridal Consultant. I graduated from Stratford High School in 1986.
Aldonna’s Goal is to be a minister as well as sexual therapist and to own a farm one day. Aldonna." Describing herself as a shy person who would generally prefer to stay at home with her computer and television, she explains, "journalism forces me to talk openly about feelings people have and scared to express there feelings or do any thing dangerous, for the fear of the public or peer pressure.
I had a reader post a question regarding an article I wrote last week on anal sex. The question was this...."What's with the glove? What's the point?"
Simply put, a penis can be an awfully big to be the first thing you stick up someone's butt . Better to start with something smaller and work your way up. Fingers are an excellent starting point. Use one finger, then two, to initiate your partner into the mysteries of anal penetration. Try it while performing oral sex for an extra thrill. Be sure your fingernails are trimmed, don't forget the lube, and you might even want to wear latex gloves. This is a safety procedure but not needed.
As your partner gets used to your fingers, you might graduate to a butt plug or a small dildo. Dildos are available in all shapes and sizes. Go shopping together to get one she thinks she can handle. Remember, though, don't put the dildo into the vagina after putting it into the anus. The safest way is to put a condom on the dildo before using it, and to wash it thoroughly immediately after. Baby shampoo will do the trick on most toys.
