Tip: You won't need all of the coconut mixture. Coconut cake mix will can also be used.

Tip: This recipe can be used to make a loaf. Brown sugar will make them crewy but damn good.
This is a family favorite. It’s very simple to make and the wet bits can be mixed and refrigerated overnight. Huge time saver! It tastes very much like sweet potato pie…which is how I got BC to eat it.
Tip: If you want a richer flavor, use Duncan Hines Butter Recipe Golden Cake Mix. You can also add a little spice mix into the dry cake mix. Glass cookware is ok but ceramic/stone is best. If using metal, be careful not to burn the bottom. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and a dash of lemon. Maple opional.

This is the reason I gained ten pounds in Lyon. Wonderful cake by itself however to can be used for strawberry shortcake.

Greg doesn't eat a lot of cake however this is one of he's favorite. Makes good cupcakes.
Tip: Use Devils Food Cake Mix, add the cookie pieces to as directed. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla to frosting. User powdered sugar to thicken frosting.

This is a good one as well. I use both. These were the first tiramisu cookie recipes that didn't suck.
Tip: Use dark rum & make sure the butter is at room temp. Optional topping: Melt 3oz of white chocolate with a tablespoon of milk, spread on & dust with coco.

Tip: If you can find butter-nut extract, add a teaspoon. It'll kick the flavor up. You can also save time by using Duncan Hines Caramel Cake Mix

Tips: I only use one teaspoon of ginger. Also great with pecans and apples.

Sinfully good! I added a cup of raisins and used dark brown sugar instead of light.
Tip: The darker the sugar, the more molasses it contains…the more molasses, the chewier your end product. Greg adds dried cherries and my mom adds a little applesauce (don't know why)

1 Tablespoon Watkins Vanilla Nut Extract
1 teaspoon Penzey’s Pumpkin Pie Spice (you can use cinnamon with a dash of nutmeg)
