Dean Street Townhouse, a stylish hotel and dining room located in the affluent enclave of Soho in central London, is bleeding amazing.

The residents of historic Soho are an interesting mix of all social classes; from the elite gentry to punters who found frequenting the neighborhood brothels less taxing if they purchased property within walking distance.

Today, Soho is brothel free and, thanks to the saturation of talented artists and uber-snobs with more money than common sense, teems with trendy shops, restored Georgian dwellings, and the occasional upward mobile chav from Camden blowing their last dime on overpriced wine at one of the swanky outdoor cafes.

We’ve filled our bellies at Dean Street a few times; each was an experience in itself though I can’t pin-point exactly why.

Wait…yes I can. It’s the porno wallpaper designed by Johnny Yeo!

"This is swinging Soho, afterall, so the place can't be all doilies and tea cozies. The art on the walls is all porn-based," says Martin Brudnizki, one of the most sought-after interior designers in the restaurant world.

"When, you walk in and it feels cozy and lovely. But then you look on the walls. It's like British society," he says with a mischievous chuckle. "But, in a way, that's the point. A place to relax, kick back with friends, order up some bangers and mash and ogle the pictures."

Damn the pictures (which are awesome), check out the yards of wallpaper!

One evening while stuffing our gobs, Daniel quietly drew my attention to the sinning going on just over my shoulder. I turned around as discreetly as possible...which is to say not at all.

I didn’t see anything...then, with awe equal to the Israelites witnessing the parting of the Red Sea, the 'shapes' emerged. Lord have mercy! He-ing and she-ing taking place inches away from my hair!

Below is the lovely printed paper. Innocent, right?

Now look very closely at the leaves. You may have to save the pic to your desktop and enlarge. It’s Girls Gone Wild!

If you’re ever in London, be sure to stop by and gawk…and the food is good, too. Maybe I'll paper Daniel's bathroom. :)
